The Green Table® will only process your personal data based on your consent, or if this is necessary for the execution or conclusion of an agreement, if we are legally obliged to do so or if we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Contact

If there are questions, comments or The Green Table® experiences you would like to share with The Green Table ®, please use the contact form. In this form, we will ask for your first and last name, organization, phone number and email address. We will only use this information to respond to and process your contact request. You can also email or call The Green Table®. Sometimes we would like to call you for additional information to better handle your contact request. It is also possible to give us your address information. Sometimes we would like to send you something, for example to handle a request or complaint appropriately. Providing your phone number or address is not obligatory.

If you are contacted by telephone as a result of a request or complaint, we will save your name, address details and all related correspondence in order to process the request or complaint. Your request or complaint(s) and the personal data involved will be anonymised after 2 years. The data stored in response to your contact request will not be shared with third parties.

For your newsletter subscription, we store your first name, last name and e-mail address. You can ask us to delete these data at any time.

Applicants

The personal data we obtain from you when you apply for a job will only be provided to those who are necessarily involved in the application process. The data will not be kept longer than necessary and will be deleted upon request of the person concerned and in any case no later than four weeks after the application process has ended. We will only retain your application data for one year after the conclusion of the application process if you give us your permission to do so, for example in order to keep you informed of new, relevant vacancies.

Customers, suppliers and relations

The processing of the data of customers, suppliers and associates is carried out solely for the purpose of establishing business contacts for the purpose of contract performance, establishing business contacts for the purpose of an established network or the implementation or application of another law. In general, we only process the first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and business address data of our contact persons for these purposes. For orders in the web shop also the delivery address of the ordered Products.

Your rights

You have the right to ask The Green Table® for access to and correction or deletion of your personal data or to request restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the processing and have your personal data transferred. We will respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two months, depending on the number of requests and their complexity. If we do not comply with your request to exercise these rights, you also have the right to complain about this to the Personal Data Authority and to lodge an appeal with the courts.
