The purpose of these General Terms of Use (GTC) is to establish the conditions of use for the user of the websites thegreentable.eu, thegreentable-foodretail.eu and thegreentable-foodservice.eu (hereinafter the "Websites"). Any access to and/or use of the websites presupposes that the user accepts and complies with all the provisions of these conditions. If not, the user will not be granted access to the websites.
We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions of use imposed on the user at any time. We also ask users to consult these conditions regularly. Specific additional conditions may apply to certain services or sections.
Article 1: Updating of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
The Terms of Use accessible on The Green Table® websites may be updated, modified or supplemented from time to time. The Green Table® reserves the right to modify the data, services, promotions and communications when deemed necessary. Any change will be published and accessible on the pages of the websites, with the date of update mentioned in this document. If the user continues to access and use the websites after the publication of the changes to the terms of use, this will be considered as acceptance of this update.

Article 3: Copyright
All text, comments, titles, photographs, sounds, images, data, drawings, animated videos with and without sound, videos, software, illustrations, recipes, files (hereinafter the "creations") displayed on these websites are the property of The Green Table® or are subject to rights reserved by The Green Table® and are protected worldwide by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws. The Green Table® reserves all rights with respect to the creations.
Any reproduction, copy, sale or exploitation, as well as the modification, distribution or use of creations without the written and express consent of The Green Table® whether for commercial purposes or not constitutes an infringement of the rights of The Green Table®, which may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.
Article 4: Brands
The marks and/or logos of The Green Table® (hereinafter the "marks") displayed on these websites are registered trademarks and are protected by trademark law. Any use of The Green Table® 's trademarks and/or logos without its prior written and explicit consent is an infringement of The Green Table® 's rights on the trademarks. If these marks are used, copied or changed without our prior written and explicit consent, we are obliged to take all measures to protect our rights.
Article 5: Use of the websites and their content
The user does not have the right to modify, copy, distribute, make available, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell the data, software, products or services obtained from the websites. The Green Table® makes no implied or express warranties regarding the operation and/or content of the websites, and in particular regarding the tips and other advice on the websites that are communicated for informational purposes only. The Green Table® makes no implied or express warranties regarding the content, results or quality of the content displayed, shared or distributed on the websites.
The Green Table® shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the content of the websites, including, but not limited to, recipes, tips, advice, news releases and information about products or services.
The Green Table® cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the websites and the use of the data contained on the websites.
The Green Table® makes no guarantees as to the continuity, access and operation of the websites and related services. The Green Table® disclaims all liability in connection with viruses that may be imported while downloading any of the elements of the websites, or elements of websites to which The Green Table® refers via hyperlinks.
Article 7: Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law.
These websites are intended for use in the Netherlands only. We can in no way guarantee that the elements on these websites can be used outside the Netherlands.
If you use the websites outside the Netherlands, you assume all responsibility for this and undertake to comply with the applicable local legislation. All claims relating to these websites or their use shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You accept that the Dutch courts shall have jurisdiction over all legal proceedings directly or indirectly relating to these websites. The court in the district of the registered office of The Green Table® entity using these Terms of Use and invoking them shall have jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute.
The Green Table® reserves the right to take legal action against any person acting in a manner that could be considered illegal or unlawful or in breach of these provisions.
Article 8: General
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be void, voidable or otherwise unenforceable or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. If any provision is found to be void, voidable or otherwise unenforceable or invalid, The Green Table® will provide a new, valid provision that is as close as possible to the original provision.
Failure of The Green Table® to invoke a particular right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
